WELCOME TO OUR NEWSLETTER

We hope you will enjoy a little bit of farm news, this month. This month it’s all about the piglets, and camp site, although we are slowly progressing with our Airbnb project, thanks to many local artisan suppliers repairing, painting, supplying electrical equipment, and advising on what next needs to be done.

CAMPING and CARAVAN SITE GOES LIVE 27th July 2021

Yes, we are nearly there with our preparations – obviously there is still lots of painting to do, but the farm looks great to receive those in need of some quiet time – ideally walkers, cyclists and families wanting to switch off from the modern day life style even if it is only for a couple of nights.

With no electric hook up, or hot water, it is back to basics. Just a brand new chemical disposal point, temporary toilets, and a drinking water tap. The landscape is beautiful, and the bird song from the adjacent woodland is lovely.

www.parkhillfarm.co.uk will have the camp site in the shopping cart, and we apologise that these are not in a different section, but under the Meat Box section. If you contact Pat on 0745 0358812, and let her know what you need and when, she can give followers a discount code of at least 20%.

AUGUST’S SPECIAL OFFERS AND LAST ORDER DATE

This month, check out the New Summer Family Box, brimming with burgers and top sides at a discounted price!

If you can ORDER BY Wednesday 28th July, we will do our best to get your meat to you on SUNDAY 8th AUGUST which is our next free of charge delivery date.

EVERY PICTURE TELLS A STORY

Our youngest gilt “Dandy” had her first litter of 10 piglets about 4 weeks ago. They are now safely outside, rooting in the earth and enjoying themselves. They have already been out to visit a residential home, and were well received. They are expected to be very much looked at by campers!

We hope for more litters in August and September, which means there will be more piglets than ever to look after in the winter time.

ORDER IN TIME FOR FRESH SUPPLIES

The www.parkhillfarm.co.uk website takes orders, and keeps you up to date with our stocks. Some cuts are always under pressure, but it is always worth contacting us if the item is sold out, just in case we have one left!

If you no longer with to receive our newsletter, please let us know and we will take you off our distribution list.
