WELCOME TO MARCH 2021’S NEWSLETTER and SPECIAL OFFERS for EASTER

Welcome to all the friends of Park Hill Farm. Hopefully the end to this lock down is approaching, with April 12th, I believe, being the first date for non essential shops to open and hospitality to get going again, albeit in a restrained form. Certainly our “normal” is very different from 2019, with all the large shows being cancelled because of uncertainty. This means we will be available for your wedding and party catering – so don’t forget to ask how we can help!

If you are going away on the 12th, don’t forget to order some breakfast / barbecue items to take with you!

To everyone who has supported us last month by ordering from us direct, or through the website. We continue our free delivery service for orders over £50, and our weekly deliveries for those of you who live very close to the farm.

WWW.PARKHILLFARM.CO.UK has been updated. Some products are sold out, but it is always worth sending us an email to see if we have enough stock just for you. I usually put a “sold out” on the website if stocks are excessively low!

As before, the shop is closed, and we are committed to our free deliveries after Covid – so that is part of our “new normal”.

Enquiries and orders need to be with us A.S.A.P. and our next deliveries will be on Easter Saturday – the 3rd April 2021.

Diesel is our last calver this season, and Spocky II has her first live calf

EVERY PICTURE TELLS A STORY …

As the calving season draws to a close this year, some 2 months earlier than last year, we were relieved that Diesel had a healthy calf. It transpired that she was not letting all her milk down, being short of a hormone. Tern Vets gave her a diagnosis and an injection, and she is back to her normal self.

Spocky II, had her first live calf, after her ordeal last year, and her full story is on videos on our Facebook page dated the 2nd March 2021 and 7th November 2020.

STONE FARMERS MARKET – APRIL 3RD 2021

This has been cancelled again. Hopefully we will see you on Saturday 1st May 2021 although this is a long holiday weekend. If you are going to make this a barbecue weekend at home, please order your steaks in good time. Each month they are selling out quicker than we can get them packed. Don’t forget you can pick your order up at the Farmers Market on the Saturday, or we can do FREE delivery on Sunday 2nd May if you live within the 30 mile radius of the farm.
