Our Contract with You
Understanding Our Agreement
Our acceptance of your order will take place at the point you receive the automated email from us confirming your order. At which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
If we are unable to accept your order for any reason, we will get in touch as soon as possible and refund any monies paid accordingly if there is no suitable substitute.
We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is, via email, when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.
Our website is solely for the promotion of our products in the UK and specifically within a 30 mile radius of TF9 2QA.

If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered, please contact us. At this point we will let you know if the change is possible and how this change affects the price of the product, the timing of supply or any other specifics of the order. We will ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with this change before proceeding and will require confirmation by email to beef@parkhillfarm.co.uk.

Our delivery schedule includes once a month free of charge deliveries, scheduled to each area, so reduce petrol miles in our delivery round.

You may cancel if we have breached the terms of the contract or if you have a legal right to do so. Upon cancellation, any payments made for undelivered products will be refunded.

Please provide your order details and reason for cancellation. If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your products, you are eligible for a full refund, provided the items are returned in their original condition.
