About Us
Farming for over 70 years with tomorrow’s environment in mind
Park Hill Farm lies on the beautiful Staffordshire/Shropshire border, surrounded by rolling fields, ancient hedgerows, and lush green pastures. The farm has been home to generations of livestock, with cattle and pigs reared in a way that respects both tradition and the environment.
Our grazing land provides rich, natural nourishment for the animals, producing high-quality beef and pork with a flavour that reflects the unique character of the local landscape. The pastures, bordered by woodlands and streams, also support a wide variety of wildlife, making the farm a haven for biodiversity.
We believe that farming should work hand-in-hand with nature. By harvesting hay seasonally, caring for our hedgerows, and maintaining habitats for birds and insects, we ensure that Park Hill Farm remains sustainable for the future.
Every animal is cared for with the highest standards of welfare, and our meat is fully traceable from field to fork. Visitors often remark on the calm, natural way the farm is run, and we are proud that our beef, pork, sausages, and bacon carry with them not just quality, but the story of a family farm rooted in its landscape.
Please Note
Since Covid, our farm shop operates mainly online only. To avoid confusion, our Google listing shows minimum hours (6–8 pm on Saturdays), but orders are best placed online. If we’re at home, we’re happy to open the shop—just contact us in advance.
Our Story
We can hardly believe the journey we have been on over the last two decades. When we first opened our gates at Park Hill Farm, our focus was simply on raising cattle and pigs with care and supplying local families with quality meat. It wasn’t long before we took the leap into running an on-site farm shop and inviting schools, groups, and visitors to share in farm life.
In the early days, everything was small-scale — handwritten labels, local deliveries, and family members helping out wherever they could. Looking back, we remember those beginnings with fondness and a sense of pride at how far we’ve come.
Since then, Park Hill Farm has grown steadily. We’ve invested in modern facilities, developed a trusted reputation for our beef, pork, sausages, and bacon, and welcomed thousands of visitors through educational visits, camping stays, and farm events. Each new step has been guided by our commitment to animal welfare, sustainability, and family values.
Today, the farm supplies not only our loyal local customers but also visitors from further afield, and we continue to be part of community food festivals, school programmes, and countryside projects.
We’ve come a long way, and remain as dedicated as ever to providing safe, welcoming experiences and producing high-quality, home-reared meat with the same passion and care that has always defined Park Hill Farm.
