Our specialty is cooking great tasting food, fresh from our farm. We carve hot grass fed beef and pork for baps and also buffets. This is a tasty alternative to a hog roast, and is a wonderfully different way to feed your guests at a wedding or other celebratory occasion.
The smell alone, of the free range hot beef, carved pork joints, or pulled pork and beef will have your guests’ mouth’s watering at the mere thought whether it be in your garden, the village hall or a marquee!
For open days and farmers markets, ‘faster/street’ food is often called for. We personally cook and serve our free range burgers, sausages, bacon and rump steaks in beautiful soft bread so you get great tasting meat, straight from the farm. Always cooked to perfection so you don’t lose any of that fabulous taste or texture. Perfect comfort food!
