Our Ribs of Beef are perfect for special occasions, being really rich in flavour. They are all expertly butchered by hand. The well-marbled meat caramelises upon cooking and they are naturally tender. Our rib on the bone is priced at £23.50/KG.

Please note, these need to be ordered four weeks in advance, so the butcher can cut them.
